Not to get too deep about a FNM song, but this type of sentiment has been driven out of our culture....or its morphed. It’s like everything seems to have a two party connotation and people better pick “their” side unwaveringly. This holds true even more so in the arts.

A healthy dose of cynicism (or others cynicism presented) reminds us that nothing is either as good or as bad as people make things to be....which is  usually for their own benefit.
